Smart City Expo World Congress 2023 was an eventful one for us here at ZARIOT.
A quick recap
The event-week brought together teams from five different offices across Europe – Dublin, Split, Barcelona, London and Madrid – to showcase the latest developments in cellular IoT across a variety of industries including retail, smart buildings, transport & logistics, energy, and more.
And we were not alone!
Our key partner and end-to-end security experts, Atsign, also joined us at our booth. Making the trek from sunny California, Atsign technologies underscore the importance of IoT security across smart city applications.
Those who stopped by for a chat were given unique insights on cellular connectivity and our partner ecosystem to provide customizable solutions.
Conference participants also got a chance to participate in a lucky draw with the grand prize bring a 5000-piece Lego set of the acclaimed Camp Nou Barcelona stadium
No, we didn’t hand that prize to our Head of Security, Jimmy Jones, although we’re sure he would’ve loved it. Instead, Brian Heinen, a blockchain and IoT expert took home the coveted prize.
A huge thanks again to everyone for participating!
We even got the chance to touch base with some of our clients from Yawatt Technologies, Improus and vadeCity, and attend an exclusive cocktail organised by the Paris Government at the prestigious Casa Batllo by Gaudi.
