ZARIOT is GLOMO Awards 2023 Finalist for Best Mobile Security Solution

For the third year running, ZARIOT has been announced as a finalist for a GLOMO Award! The Global Mobile Awards are the mobile industry’s highest accolade, and nominees and winners are selected by a panel of leading experts from around the world. To be selected in the shortlist is acknowledgement as a global, key player in the tech industry.

The award for the ‘Best Mobile Security Solution’ recognises the best use of technology to safeguard customers’ personal data and/or help network operators and service providers combat fraudulent access to networks. We are honoured to be part of the inspiring list of finalists for this category. Our entry, ‘IoT Trust for Data Privacy’, extends data encryption beyond the application to the end users and flips the internet, shifting control of data to the data owner. The solution was developed in collaboration with partners Atsign and Kigen, and to be shortlisted for this award not only recognises the urgent need to innovate data privacy and security in an era of unprecedented data collection, but also the importance of cooperation across the IoT ecosystem to achieve maximally secure solutions.

ZARIOT was proud to win a GLOMO Award in 2021 for ‘A global SIM with signalling to cloud protection: securing and controlling cellular connectivity for IoT devices‘ which addresses the security concerns of cellular IoT. We were also thrilled to be shortlisted in 2022 for ‘Empowering End-to-end IoT Ecosystem Security‘, highlighting the need for continued innovation to keep up with relentlessly developing security threats.

Winners will be announced at the GLOMO Awards ceremony in Barcelona on Tuesday 28 February. Read more about the awards and view the full shortlist here. Wish us luck!
